V-ROD
If we are to understand true freedom and power, we must live at the edge of life. Delivery to that edge takes a collaboration of design, innovation, creativity, and precision. Once on the edge the wind is fierce, true and un-harnessed. I beckon the wind by its name, and that name is V-ROD.
The Harley Davidson V-ROD rose from the ashes of Milwaukee iron and Porsche engineering in 2002 and now the idea of how we dream has changed forever. This super model catwalks the runway with muscle, beauty, and sophistication all in one sexy body.
The V-ROD has 115 horses under the seat packed inside of an 1130cc stable. The monster sports a 60-degree over-square V-twin, liquid cooled, four-valve 11.3-1 compression, 9000-rpm red lining attitude. Launch anticipation is a memory with the first crack of the throttle, acceleration is smooth as you rocket toward the stratosphere and reentry is just as exhilarating.
How does a concept become a legend, it is hard to say, but when it happens it is like a lighting strike and there are no doubts of its presence. The “Rod” stands before us a living phenom without peer or rival ready to set the bar to new heights.
From purr to roar this king of the jungle stands above the pack as master of its domain. At the V-Rods lofty vantage, he challenges all comers to run with the wind or stay in the den. Freedom, power and life on the edge the best way to experience it is to take a deep breath, hold on, hit the throttle, and repeat…
